Nothing unusual. People don't want to be bad unless they have created a negative image about you and are mostly responding to that image. Second hand opinions are very common and creating a negative image also is. Learn to look past the hurtful statements, looks and to keep working. Take care of yourself - whoever is reading it. We all need money and work to earn. But don't take on more work than you are getting paid for. Use your time to aquire skills. It will build your confidence. Recruiting unfit resources to the position. Layoffs reasons are silly. Inadequate training or KT to new joiners. Most of the management is talkative but nothing in action. Too many reports and meetings but the efforts can't even track properly atleast to first level management.

I used to like working on reapage 1 and half year, From the day leadership team got revamped, The working experience started getting worse day by day.

Dislikes

Everything from work satisfaction to worklife balance to it's appraisal cycle changes, what not. Now I can clearly say that the current Realpage has a hostile work environment.
