°No job security, No skill development, loss of professional growth, No proper promotion, °If we not favour with TL, next minute we are out of company, °Don't know if High level management know about this are not, but definitely if there is a chance I reveal there names and designation. ° As an experienced employee, I have seen how many well skilled careers are droped in middle.

The company is good to technology and cultural

Dislikes

No job security, no proper training sessions, female manager domination without any time period removing employees from the company, lot of work pressure. No proper timings for log out, stretching long hours then log out time also.

Daily routine operation work, benchmark studies on my attitude and personality, when ever we are in a both work and cultural activities for the next week we won't get quality, female QA is like to dominate every fresher and she wants to be good where ever
