I have been worked 5+ years in RAVSoft, i was really enjoyed during my work times. I never feel any pressure situation , project crises or misunderstand between teams. Colleagues are always be friendly. Every 3 months you will be get performance bonus and team dinner (before pandemic). I got very good yearly appraisal all time. If you are really done your job well, you should be get very good yearly hike. But think about that all time someone from management might keep watching you....Read More

Very old stable projects are being maintained by RAVSoft, so you don't get any skills and leaning. There is no automation testing project, if they hired you for an automation projects might be you will be assigned on some other process. Then your Automation career will be comes to end.
