My experience with Ravi organics limited is not bad but some issues like increments, salary time not fix other facilities not available.

Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Company policies not satisfactory like increment ,no fix time of salary no other facilities like PL,SL,EL, employees PF deduction 24% no contribution company sare complete deduction employee.
