Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I feel proud to have worked with this organisation and august team of management . Management accept the innovational ideas of its employees. A good place for enhancing your knowledge .

Dislikes

Should avoid the traditional backbiting among employees at workplace by the directors. Be heard in personal before sacking any employee. Fluttering be avoided if organisation like to achieve highest target. A good manager is who invites arguments from the staff and give serious thought to wise arguments / suggestions. Company takes every care of its employees for providing facilities i.e. transport, training , cafeteria, health insurance, gym , hostel facilities and many more....Read More
