Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It's sad to see so many good reviews which are fake but that's what is expected from them. Im writing is an employee who had the worst experience working with them. They just don't pay for months to their employees. Toxic branch head, toxic work culture and the saddest part is that you will keep waiting for your salary which never comes. It's a trap in which you continue to serve the organization without any pay. You promise multiple things to your clients as part of your work and unfortunately the organization never comes up with good work for our clients.
