The company has a lot of scope for growth if it moves beyond the core vertical of two-wheeler ridesharing. A well thought pivot can help the company easily grow 3x - 4x in a year. The necessary infrastructure and talent pool is already present. However, the company remains adamant on focusing only on its core category. This reduces the growth pace of the company, while also making the work repetitive for employees. After the first couple of years, employees may start feeling growth has stagnated since opportunities to do new things reduces. Growth strategy changes too frequently for any specific project to start showing conclusive results. The approach is reactive.
