Extreme politics, nepotism, and a toxic work culture. Analytics and Product teams are led by people with no real understanding. Raise a concern, and you might get fired. Managers and HR team up to prove you wrong and deny hikes. Poorly built product and tech with no real innovation. Bossy and oppressive environment. No work-life balance, no job security, and zero learning opportunities. HR ignores complaints, even after multiple escalations. You get to work on Saturday & Sunday as well along with 5 weekdays 3) Exponential targets that cannot be reached 4) 15 to 20% low pay than market 5) Helpless HR team 6) Unsatisfied employees (due to extended work hours, less pay etc)

Great learning experience. Visibility on end to end product cycles across different teams. Open ended learnings of various skills beyond your own domain is encouraged.

No personal life, forget work-life balance. They'll make you feel grateful that they are not firing you (every month repeatedly), if you ever ask for leaves or cultural betterment. HR team is a puppet to founders and leadership. The leadership is not deserving but instead there because of nepotism and founder's bias. Product leadership at Rapido has always been driven by NON PRODUCT people. Everything is run by Operation team who acts like mafias. Promotion and hikes are only given to people basis the perception they create in the mind of the leadership (guess what, who all gets promoted? of course who can maintain being in the good-books of leadership even if they never work or make any effort to either).
