The Pay range is pretty good for a fresher. You get much time to do your study alongside work. Good work life balance, sometimes urgent tasks come up, but not outside working hours.

Dislikes

Not so much growth as it's a startup. There is not many roles also. Still good for gaining experience

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
