Rapid fleet management is my first job I have learned many new things in work. My colleagues are very genuine. I got a nice experience while working there.

Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work pressure will be there but compensation is not good. They won't see the individuals performance. There is no appreciation will be there.

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging when I took all branch billing as well as managing day to day yield operations. Handling clients queries and month end targets. Most of the times I will not get appreciated for my hard work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
