More work less salary. Timing is okay. Takes as Trainee Assistant for 12k salary. No training On our own we have to learn. Moreover started pressurized us to do sales too. No incentive. Year end gives us bonus. Minimum wages for a skilled person is 800/-per day. calculate your self for month. No at all happy working here.

This bank is rapidly growing bank. Teammates are good, training also excellent career growth good and salary poor ,travelling its near by my house and work environment is excellent and innovation of this bank installing the new software . Excellent staff and it's Mahila bank.
