Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

partiality ( they are very partial to those who are very close to maharaj) monopoly ( Their monopoly is only to serve them, not to earn money from other sources) femenism ( Females are top in priority either in terms of salary or physical appearence) Harrasment ( Sexuality is at roots. students i.e hostel boys are prey to homosexual harrasment by sub-ordinate ward executive .) salary ( mean salary) PRT-3500, TGT-6000, PGT-8000 (PER MONTH) domination ( Higher authority of a school is absolute who is stagnant and low in literacy rate) forced tuition ( They forced for evening or morning tuition (2 hrs everyday).
