There is nothing to like about

This company is run for family members, relatives, and friends so that they will keep them on priority as compared to their hard working employees. they will kick you off with no job security. Salary doesn't come on time and they can hold your salary. I know people haven't received their PF money yet for so many years. they are frauds.

Actually nothing to dislike on site of Mahindra Nd Mahindra Rise. We are here for only training period nd we learn lots of things in it

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
