Delayed Salary, Illiterate and Incompetent Employees who Backbite about others for getting promotion, Company don't have Proper Department for work,b Engineer have to do accountants work, A supervisor is made as a Project Manager, The Father Son Duo running this company are making worst kinda decisions. This Company haven't completed a Single Project which was started in 2014 till date.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
