THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD BACKGROUND VERIFICATION.. U CAN WORK WITH CRIMINALS AND ALSO WITH THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE INTREST IN WRONG BUSINESS.. BASICALLY U CAN BE FRIEND WITH THEM AND EARN GOOD AMOUNT ON WEEKENDS AS THIS "LE PROCESS" HAVE FIXED SAT SUN WEEKOFFS.

Radius company was holding a good position in BPO sector. Just bcoz of some rummy players in "LE". And the circus which i saw in "LE". Have laid down the companies reputation. This is the first company where I heard Employees saying that they have criminal records in the past and that is still active... OMG how do radius does verification. Do they take money from employees to give them job. Or they have worst background verification. I would also like to add in that if u want some genuine help u can always reach out to Sr HR Shubdha and Geeta who are actually good at there work. And suggestion for both pls keep working as per your brain pls do not take others brain to handle things or else u might forget what u r ...! Pathetic company No rules and regulations are followed HR Geeta Sharma just keep trolling employees in terms of fnf n salary notice period. Notice period mentioned on appointment letter is not followed by Geeta hr manager.

Radius Global Solutions is a Poorly Managed Organization. Beware of the highly Toxic Environment. Politics overlooked or maybe also encouraged by higher management. Employee satisfaction does not exist in their dictionary. They will hire anyone who they feel will stick along. After you join no one will ever ask you how you feel about the job. No wonder 7 out of 10 employees quit this organization within the first 3 months. They will ask for unrealistic results. (Even a child knows 1+1=2. No growth, no new challenges or new things to learn for development, managers will shout unnecessarily, just want collection no mental health, bogus management, manager's don't have decency to talk, HR is just for name sake, shift timing are shuffled every week with the convience of managers

Everything there except work from home is disliking. They will deduct your salary without any explanation, The management sucks. The people over there named Ajay Pandey, Shounak Kulkarni were the worst of all. These people have no manners and they don't know how to behave.
