The Radisson Hotel has not paid any money to the staff since Lokdhon has happened. After that, the termination letter is given to the entire staff.and remove all staff from job in Kolkata ballygune Radisson hotel.its RADISSON BRANDS POLICY😭

With Radisson you are at peace in your mind, because they set you free to test and try anything you want, they do not even push you or tease you with your targets and thats the magical approach that help them you achieving the targets in time. hotels with ownership control are also not bad to work with but you need to be more patient in that case. Over all career growth and monetary benefits are at par with any other industry comp set. my advise is that do ensure tight personal planning as attrition rate is high as appraisals, promotions etc in Radisson are usually not of their concern neither in managed or franchisee units , despite you perform in highest of capacity or lowest it is of no difference....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
