I do not regret at all saying that I regret investing crucial years of my career in Radisson Indore but they say you learn best through worst but no hard feelings as such. I have not only had worst experiences but some really good experiences also. I worked with the best Mr. Rahul Joshi, I had the best team and the best management but things does not remin the same. Nobody saw the worst coming, during pandamic I think Radisson Indore was the only property that was bothered about revenue and not staffs. I regret working with such company that was only and only bothered about generating revenue and not once did they care about staffs. No support were given....Read More

No appraisals. for the year 2019, appraisal happend on April 2019 but no results. People who were fed up and wanted to leave were being told that the results will come on April 2020, hopping 2020 would bring some peace to our life's people stayed back and pendamic punched us. Giving people false hope is what I am totally against with.

The Mid Management and Ground Team were excellent. Some of the Head Of Departments were also great to work with. The infrastructure was great and compensation was average.

Dislikes

The Top Most Management (people above the Head of the Departments) did not allow much room for Decision making, innovation, scope to learn and develop. The hotel is mostly short-staffed, hence long working hours and work stress are high. The standards of an International Hotel are missing.
