There is nothing which can be liked in Radicalminds.

Dislikes

From washroom to other facility, they lack at every point. Neither management nor facility everything is worse here. If talk about salary they just get find the reason to deduct your salary without any cause. Their policy is totally different than other BPO industry. Also daily based shift is 10 hours, which is illegal as per Indianconstitution. (Do not expect over time). In short worst company I have ever worked for, also if you get the job there they would straight away take your signature on the form which includes not to mention anything negative on social media or anywhere else LOL....Read More
