Radiate company not paying salary to employees on time. They are stuck employees salary minimum 2 month. If you will leave this job then you need to forget your FNF and previous salary.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Teammates are good and friendly, training is like a half day, job security average, career growth not within a year, salary is fixed no increment, don't have travel & politics, basic work no learning, work environment is average, no innovation, work life balance is average.

Not very disappointing but salary is very low not up to date in current market. No PF, no salary slips. If you did not gives promotions AT least there must be salary increment. Each and everything! Start with their salary. No salary on time. No learning, only good for freshers to work there. lack of skillful support staff's and co-workers.
