Dislikes

Sudden lay offs / Removal with out proper notice period. How about the people who are depending on this job how to support their families how will they survive? now its school and colleges are opened how will they pay the fees for their children education. Apart from that when they want to reduce the staff on account of Layoffs / Removal they should not hire the people who left from other companies and joined hoping for long term with good salary.
