- No Job security. If there is no project, the employees will be asked to leave immediately by the HR on the same day. - There is no team bonding at all, at least for Indian resources. Being given the opportunity to work as a permanent remote employee, employees are not groomed by their Line Managers for a proper team bonding. - Being a US based company, the priority is given to US resources and ther is no appropriate mechanism to hold on the good talents from India. - Overall the work culture is average and not that highly satisfactory. - Not a good company to work for experienced professionals....Read More

But my bad this company doesn't had any projects and with in 3 months of joining they fired my manager and I came to know next will be mine.its a mini heart attack for me Finally I moved out of this company.
