Since it's an North India oriented company recently moved few process to South India which chennai and Hyderabad. You can clearly see the North Indian dominance and discrimination to the south people. If they set up proper support team in all department for the south. We can feel that we are in safe hands .

Too behind in terms of technology, not even a single tool which can give attendance, break, performance data accurate. Too much dependency on mannual work. Still need to consolidate production manually while others companies are having tools to run more accurate and appropriate report just by single click.
