Unprofessional managers resembles managers of 1980, stick on one hand memo on other hand. Instead of helping juniors not to make any mistake, they are waiting for the mistake.

I like the company & team mates, but my operational accounts manager doing partially and supporting is community. We need to respect him like God otherwise he will target us. Hope that my complaints will not be considered from your end because I am existing staff of your company. My advise is keep gentleman and honest person in higher post. Iam satisfied with my salary in your company.

I hate my operational accounts manager because of his bad behaviour. L1 employee comments will not be consider at all. L1 & L2 employee problem will not be considered by Relationship manager. They will support team managers only.
