Pathetic management and work atmosphere. Hard working people will only get a chance to work hard. Pathetic middle management. Very unprofessional. From cleaning biy to managers nobody has any obligations. Still should appreciate company policies and adherence to rule of law. The company is very straight forward and legally bound. Unprofessional managers resembles managers of 1980, stick on one hand memo on other hand. Instead of helping juniors not to make any mistake, they are waiting for the mistake.
