Job security is there and work culture is friendly and the management is excellent but some company policies are old high school formula

Dislikes

Potential and Enthusiasm is not appreciated to the satisfaction level and internal politics kills the work energy and gulfs your mind and soul

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
