Good Team work, best learning experiences, Company always backs its all employees for any issues at client side and encourages employees.

Dislikes

There is some money always blocked by company throughout year from the ctc in the name of loyalty bonus and we get only after year completion.Apart from this, this is a fantastic company to work with.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
