Learned more technical knowledge and locality is very good. The environment is also very good.

Dislikes

Due to the nature of the project, worked 14 to 15 hours daily sometimes which is veryyyy hectic. Different to manage personal life like this project.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
