Good company to start the career. Everything is good when they need you once their work completed you are load to them. They move bench, it they need again took you to work then once work is over , you will moved to bench. Just like use and throw material. 30% employees will safe always. Because they are higher official otherwise none of the employee cared by company. Just they use your efforts whenever they needed you. Companies will say they care for employees but only situations like COVID 19 has shown how the company will really cared employees.
