Contractual based job. Quess is third party which is working for wipro. In short I explain, Suppose You workload will be of 80K rupees and magna will give you 10K as a Salary. No holiday, no CL, no EL, no holi, no Diwali. Poor management staff, They look like a ruler. No objection only orders.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
