1. Qubehealth has a positive work environment where everyone is supportive and team members are approachable. This creates a friendly atmosphere that makes the work feel collaborative and enjoyable. 2. The company's fast-paced environment is great for learning and growth. I've had the chance to work on a variety of projects that helped me improve my skills and gain more industry knowledge

Dislikes

1. The fast-paced environment also means the workload can get heavy, sometimes requiring extra work hours that aren't counted as official working hours. This makes the work-life balance challenging at times 2. Review cycles, meant to happen every 6 months, often get delayed. These delays can range from 2-3 months.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
