Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Job security is an issue as of now. Dirty politics in the Network departments. They have started MSP departments without any market knowledge they hire people as manager and director and within 2-3 months they immediately fired them. I will request any networking and security engineer wanted to join this company please don't join. Your skillset will get wasted and get diminished.
