Truly, I have had the best work experience with this organization. It is fully professional in dealing with the employees. From receiving my offer letter to working to this day, it has been a smooth experience. There are positive things like good perks, rewards and recognition too. HR is pretty active and fast in responding whenever contacted.

Dislikes

Interactive sessions with the CEOs are not so frequent. It would be awesome to have more opportunities to connect with them.

I wanted to explore varied responsibilities in my field and Quantzig appeared to be good for that. I learned new ways to do some processes. I was trained to think differently and create my own ways too. Some of these were really loved by by the manager. It felt so great when he appreciated me for that in front of the whole team. He told me a few things to polish my techniques.

Dislikes

On my first day, the induction happened. It was not very long though.

Here, I'm very delighted with the top management. It is full of people who believe in the growth of employees. I would like to especially mention our director who has always been my motivation. To learn every day, our director has motivated me. The manager I directly report to also holds much importance for me. He has years of experience which is always a delight to hear about.

Dislikes

No area is there as such in which the company is lacking.

Getting adjusted to a new office can invite mixed emotions. But when you work at positive place like this one, the transition is peaceful. This office is best, regardless of whether or not you're an adaptable person. The staff is friendly an pretty easy to create bonds with.

Dislikes

Since, I don't cook my lunch, getting proper meals within or nearby is a problem. There aren't many budget friendly outlets for lunch near the office.
