The rules are not forced upon the employees and they are not rigid either. Policies for leave are there but when they need to be made flexible, the company surely does the needful. The management doesn't manipulate you or be diplomatic. Sometimes when HR is busy and is not able to discuss an employee's concern, time is always given later.

Dislikes

You may not get all the employee benefits during the probation period.

I am given challenging work here. this helps me become better at the role. As an employee, the company praises me when my contributions are very good. This really helps in leaving up my confidence. I had no habit of working in teams before I came here. Quantzig has taught me to adjust in teams as well.

Freshers like me may take longer to get familiar with the employees here. employee engagement is a bit less.

If feels awesome to work in a company where I can improve my skills. I have been here for 3 years. Each day has been productively spent. I can say that witch each day, I have been able to work on my skills.

Near the office's location, amenities aren't easily available. Especially for lunch, this can be somewhat problematic.
