Company provide ESOP shares at the joining time which provide extra income if you get allotment in less price.

Dislikes

I didn't liked work culture no work-life balance working hours are too much, lot of dirty politics, manager favors his favorite employees with dictatorship. Employee opinion doesn't matter not heard at all by senior management and no support from senior management people. There is also no help from company for employee career growth. As qualys changed new merit cycle process which is not good as hard work doesn't count with new merit cycle....Read More

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
