management level folks play dirty politics. always focuses on filling their pockets at time of appraisal. taking all credits. dirty game. I used to work late till 10-11pm due to client task and deadlines. still no appreciation from my manager. but when I took leave. he said why u are working so late. i was like didn't u see my dailystatus. one day he mention are you sending daily status in team. then I literally asked him to share screen which he didn't and later realized that I have been sending email for 5 months from the date of joining this project. 1 event happen on weekend and I was asked lead a small weekend project for which no body was taking stand. there were 3 leads per team. so I said ok sure for 1 of the team. during award selection other 2 leads got the money but my name didn't come in picture though my team completed the task early. we got the praise after completion but no award. and 1 girl from my team got the award.
