The work life balance depends on the projects you're working on, but overall it's very good & no issues at all here. Most of the projects are very good for global reputed companies & opportunities to learn while working. Benefits are mostly similar to other leading IT companies.

Dislikes

Sometimes it gets challenging depending on the project. But no big concerns overall.

I started my career at Quale Infotech as a fresher about 2 years back, and have learned so much during my tenure! Have been lucky enough to keep working on some RPA projects for global companies. The initial training process is great... the team lead & manager really help you during your initial training phase. Truly a great set of people here at Quale. Highly recommended work place for freshers.

There are some growing pains since Quale Infotech has been growing at quite a fast pace in both services & Aiwozo RPA product. It's a good problem to have actually.

Even if the management is highly professional but it provides Family culture which i think now a days is most importnat when people are going through a lot of stress due to pandemic and other issues.

I'm fortunate enough to work on Aiwozo which is one of the leading RPA product in the market. It's a great product with a strong vision & future roadmap. The team is very agile & great fun to work with everyone onboard. The management is always open to your ideas & suggestions on product development & updates, and the work is mostly collaborative in nature. Everyone is willing to help.

Sometimes it does get a bit challenging as the product has been growing very fast. But love the work & learning opportunities here overall.

The team manager & seniors are show a lot of interest to bringing new ideas & features to enhance features & UX. Extremely innovative work as most projects (especially in AI) are in upcoming technologies & features. Flexible working as long as you're able to meet your deadlines most of the times. Salaries are at par with the current standards.

There are a lot of RPA & AI projects from global clients. Also really honored to work on our in-house Intelligent Automation platform – Aiwozo. Which is one of the top ranked platforms out there globally. One doesn't get to work on such products very often. I see a huge potential at Quale with work on various AI products going on simultaneously.
