The company has looked over their employees during worst time, that says a lot. If I can talk about positives of management, it would be arranging fun activities, which is very necessary when we are working so hard, a little break is appreciated. Well, there are some pointers that company should look at, i wont go deep on it though. 1. Favoritism 2. Training for new modules. Soft skill Training Required. 3. I personally like doing new challenging work. However I don't get it. (Same Repeating Work) 4. Team Bonding Required. 5. Free Transport Required.
