I was engaged in safety audit of central coalfields limite. Being a ex-coal INDIA man, I have not faced any problem. I looked after e&m aspect in ug, cop mine. I had total experience of 34 yrs in coal industry. I got superannuated from Cmpdi as CE(E&M) in. 2010.

Compensation is not that decent as the money flow was terribly bad during 2015 & 2016. However the work pressure was quite high as they quoted very low in the tender. Further training procedures were faulty & some points it is missing

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
