I haven't received any exciting project to work on. There is no option for employee to choose his technology.

Overall company culture is very good and friendly work environment. Have a good 6 month appraisal policy with average of RS 5000/-.

Dislikes

Skill development and learning opportunity is very low. Starting salary is also low.

I worked as a full-stack developer coding in NodeJS and AngularJS. I used MongoDB as a database. Apart from this I also got training in Java and Golang

Team mates are very helpful and supportive there is no dirty politics inside the company. Half yearly appraisal policy

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
