Actually Nothing, they hire in bulk and process is hard as they have 2-3 rounds and you can be fired next day. Worst I have worked so far. Culture is very very bad. They lie about onsite and even if u r good no appreciation

Basically you will hired for a client site project they will help you through the interviews and then when they get a guy more or same experienced as you are they can fire you in a blink of an eye for no reason

Company is not in good condition. All expectations are flushed down the gutter.

Dislikes

Bad work environment, you would be jobless while working here. Company uses all old softwares.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
