The company is a good start for people who want to experience full scale recruiting, It's a high pressure environment so you learn very quickly. One thing I appreciated was that we were trained before starting on the floor and the Managers and Team leads are very supportive.

Dislikes

Night Shift from 10 PM to 7 AM takes a toll, The pressure on submissions and offers is very high, you'll work late maybe even till 9 AM to complete daily submission targets and work on weekends to complete weekly targets. You have to jump through hoops to get leaves and the Incentive procedure is not very encouraging as you will get your incentives 3 months after you land the offer.

No job security in this company and supervisors are not capable of handle the team. At any time they asked to put resign for just no reason...they laid off very frequently and they didnt disclose many of the policies at the time of joining and then they come with many things and asked for resign.

Supervisors are not good...and company policies are pathetic.

Worst org, give extreme mental stress and manager works on favouritism and buttering concept religiously. No credits to hardwork.

Everything, they favour their favourites for personal interest and would do anything to conceal their mistakes and put unnecessary mental stress and trauma on the hard working people. Extremely toxic environment
