Very bad about the company and their approach with the Employees especially from South India. Not providing salary on time, Very Bad and Cheap HR behaviour, not meet any of the corporate standards. Do not follow to work with Pyramid. Waste of time and Energy

PYRAMID is good company to work with and they have standard policies and procedures for employees.

Dislikes

Poor is middle management and leadership and often fails to drive their employees. Managers doesn't take blame and throw it team members.

They have massive politics; Higher management is very partial and unfair. They fire employees without any strong reason and when employee raise concern, they hold their f2f and documents. Entire HR Department including HR Head (Manjari) is involved in all politics and not even give chance to speak to the employee. I think she didn'tdeserve this position. The company is a good start for people who want to experience full scale recruiting, It's a high pressure environment so you learn very quickly. One thing I appreciated was that we were trained before starting on the floor and the Managers and Team leads are very supportive.

Dislikes

Night Shift from 10 PM to 7 AM takes a toll, The pressure on submissions and offers is very high, you'll work late maybe even till 9 AM to complete daily submission targets and work on weekends to complete weekly targets. You have to jump through hoops to get leaves and the Incentive procedure is not very encouraging as you will get your incentives 3 months after you land the offer.
