1. Mainly there is no Job security. 2. There is lot of favoritism, growth is very easy for persons who are Manger's favorites 3. There is high level of politics.

Overall PwC is a pretty nice place to work in. Specially in Bangalore, the attitude of management is supportive, personal growth is focussed on and job security is present.

Dislikes

In the internal audit field for the indian companies the travels the travel exhaust us.

Good work life balance

Dislikes

Almost no learning, no advanced tools are being used to deliver project. They have been giving <5% increment for last 2 years straight. They lure new joiners by giving a good jump, but increments are negligible. No exposure to clients

Salary and benefits. Although the yearly bonus is not even 10 percent.

No work life balance. It is an untold expectation to work overtime. For operations people, be ware, they keep you on-call for 26 weeks out of the 52 in a year. And DO NOT PAY anything extra to Indian employees.

Nothing to like, full of internal politics. Managers and senior managers are thinking themselves as running the company. Directors are of no use. No interaction of higher management with employees and their well being.

Firing employees without any reason. No employee friendly . No promotions , favouritism at its peak. Mangers and senior managers are chamchas of directors. No development projects. Worst company to join for any technical person. Only scrum master and business analysts are being promoted. Very high work pressure. Unrealistic expectations No salary increase after good rating. Snapshots are needed for appraisal but bo senior person complete it. I hate everyday working here . You will not get time to learn, study new tech .. exhausted with existing project work.

work life balance, team, culture, most of the people working here are Bengali's and they don't want you to grow and they don't allow you to showcase your talent also higher management is Bengali so there is no way you will get recognition and good appraisal and promotions.

It have a good work culture and the management supports the on bench folks to get trained on new technologies.

Dislikes

too much pressure to clear certifications even if the candidate doesn't want to go ahead with any sort of certifications. Ask to abscond the technologies which you have learned and are the foundation of your skillset and to move into a new technology which will be very new. This happens even with experienced people having 6-8 years of experience.
