PWC SDC Bangalore (IET Practice) are not going to give any value to the work you are doing. Dirty politics. Most of senior managers are shoe shinners of Maneging Director. Newbie managers will recruit people like anything and when the project got rolled off HR and Director will tell employees to resign themselves.

Dislikes

HR is notoriously cheap and act like a gonda. But don't have the courage to play face to face. If you start talking about Labour Laws and legal statements, he will stop barking.

Your Work life balance would be fine (at least in some projects) and job security would be there since more people leave the firm every year & hiring will be always there

Dislikes

Lot of politics in appraisal and promotions. No reasonable salary hike even though you have very good name in project. No scope for learning except 2-3 people who are close to senior management. I have seen lot of good people leave the company just for politics. Lot of managers than people who actually work. Lack of respect to employees at least in data warehousing practice and they treat you as just numbers (working hours/utilization). They always fool you with onsite opportunities. Don't join Pwc just for name shake, your career will be ruined to hell...Read More
