Work hours shooting above 10 hours almost every day without any incentives. Atleast two weekends every month have to be spent working without any extra compensation, which is in contravention of govt regulations.

As my joining date was in 17th Dec, I was very near to the busy season and couldn't get proper training. Per my training managers they said they used train freshers for atleast 6weeks, but we got only trained for 10days, which was major drawback for my learning. It hit hard on my working and my output. :(

not worthy of working there, no flexibility, no work life

Dislikes

compenstion is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day due to less manpower and more work. Managers do not value suggestions. Politics in the atmosphere, favoritism.
