PWC India is good place to work but my bad luck I got tagged to toxic people, toxic environment

There is no healthy relationship or understanding between employees and (director and partner) they think only on deadline and aggressiveness but not empty mental health or physical health.

Job security is the only advantage in the organisation

Dislikes

Name sake Big 4, there's nothing we can get learn from this organisation, no work life balance, no appraisals, no recognition for the hard work(Smart work ). Worst leadership management with loaded politics. Better I'd prefer a start up to grow, learn and gain experience though if there isn't work life balance.
