Not at all employee -friendly , will make you work even in your death bed. Will torture you even after resignation, 3 months of notice period will be a hell here. Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Sometime some leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.

Got Negative vibes Right from Induction Day. A previous batch Induction recording was played for 2 days. HR are not reachable from the start of joining date. Everything has to self learned from the start. Any person having 1/2 experience would find it very challenging to navigate during start of 3-4 months. Managers are super supportive. You get the freedom to work on your ideas and articulate them to the client directly.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Promotions depends on office politics rather than your skillsets. Sometimes if there is no project with your team then the entire resource cluster stays unproductive for months. Switching to other team is next to impossible.

Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

i was a part of pcs florida market, the manager arun ramabhadran and associate pragati pragati have putted me into pip. with no reason. managers are pretending to be the owner of these company. no work life balance no work satisfaction no work management outdated softwares like vdi which works very slow no learning no growing cost cutting is on peak on firm no learning on taxation dept.
