I like the exposure that we get in handling clients and the diverse tools that we get to upskill ourselves due to the wide variety of clients.

Dislikes

The company policies are probably at the negative end for the employees. The HR team as usual will threaten you in case of questions and are probably the worst of all. They keep on changing and reducing the benefits provided to employees.

toxic work culture and management behavior of some. It all depends on the manager of any project and their management skills. good project + Bad manager = toxic.

There is a lot of learning opportunity and if you are willing to do the hard yards, you will get recognition from the upper management for your good work.

Too Much unnecessary work pressures and tight deadlines. Also, they expect you to work in multiple projects simultaneously. Mostly the leads are totally work-focussed so your work life balance is not a concern for anyone.

Your salary, hikes, promotions, bonuses and other perks like- Diwali gifts, Parties are depended on the partner under whom you are working. After a good performance and profit of overall team, we didn't get anything.

Recently they face some financial problem due to hire lot of partners in one go. So they fired/bothered their employee. You cannot imagine work life balance till you are here. Salary increment is less attractive. You need to manage a lot of assignment, travel etc. and work till late nights. They called it PwC flexibility. Ok culture. Everything depends on your project and your colleagues. Better they are, better will be your experience & vice-versa. My experience is good because colleagues are very good & managers are also good & friendly.

Dislikes

Poor package for beginners. Your skills might not be aligned with your package. You might be having very low package & also having very great skills whereas others might be having less experience & no skills may have (40-50%) better package than you. No policy of matching your CTC.
