I joined here as a fresher. It is a Big 4 firm, so I thought they might be completely different from Indian firms in terms of work culture and work life balance. But I was completely wrong. One of the worst work life balance. You have to daily work for more than 10 hours. They sometimes ask to do work on weekends as well that too for continuosly 1-2 months. I have experienced this in almost every projects. Onshore team behaves like they own this company. Very less increment and no promotions for years. No job security, they fire employees randomly every year, regardless of their performance. By putting US in everyone's email's suffix. And calling everyone by their name doesn't mean they follow US culture here....Read More

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.
