Work load is very high as compared to EY case. This company gives very much pressure to the employee. Employees are not happy here. If Bhupendra Singh will work here for next 5-6 year then this company see 5-6 EY kind of case. Girls are not safe here. Bhupendra Singh misbehaved with all girls. This is really Sad to see some of the Self Biased Feedbacks and Comments Shared over this platform. Some of the Feedbacks are rational & Sincerely unprofessional and definitely personal Attacks. Possibly while writing the feedbacks, we forgot the positives we achieved and the heights we climbed during the last 4-5 Years. It seems someone has been sharing across ones personal grudges and grievances' over the platform. Highest Number of Employees added during the Pandemic (COVID), when the whole world was busy distributing Pink Slips to employees. 2. The internal Manpower increased from ~50 Members to ~250+ now in a span of 2years, Still Adding! 3. Establishment of Proper process, Departments, hierarchy, Medical Benefits (Company Sponsored) 4. Establishment of Fabulous Technical Support & Logistic department to meet the infra need of each of us ensuring the deliveries are achieved on time. 5. Constructive regular HR Induction and Orientation establishment. 6. Lucrative Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Bonuses (HR's promises About Variables & bonus during a candidates joining but never promises that you will get 100% even if anyone's productivity is Low/below Average & we don't perform well.) 7. I agree, at times some of the harsh decisions were made but that was for 360 degree betterment of us. A decision which might be negative for me, may be best for others. for that reason I cant blame and hit someone below the belt rationally. I strongly believe that there are larger ratio of employees who contributes to companies growth with 100 & 100++% efforts & they have never been negative about the changes and the decisions. Anyone resistance to changes, Bit of extra efforts & Out of the box contribution, closed ended mind set comes up with Rationalism and Negativity. A suggestion to Management:- We should actually allot real time Customers responsibilities to Individuals and Business Development & see how they actually handle the complexity. I am sure we are equipped with loads of potential resources to handle such situations but the critics can be identified & evaluated during that allocation. We as an organization should also start posting Individual Employee feedbacks on digital feedback platforms to understand both side of the Story and not just one sided Tantrums. I being a part of the technology team for last 2+ Years has dealt every ups & downs and actively was part of the unforeseen challenges & the sweat out work which every stakeholders has been doing and contributing day in & out to make Pursuit Software a Better place to work. They can ask for termination anytime lots of burden 5hrs meeting and they don't count meeting time as work time. Worst manager Bhupendra Singh biased team lead . They hire at low package then management not put effort to assign you project according to your skill set they can put you anywhere whereever they want
